With your old (new) sport rims -

This is kind of a rare scenario, but for us G35 guys that may go with the Akebono BBK, will need new wheels to fit them.

Personally, I would get the G37 Coupe wheels - but your Sedan sport wheels could be a good pickup for someone as a track set of wheels to use with a BBK?

Or sell them separately to 07+ guys with the BBK. I know a few guys were having trouble finding a spare tire that would fit the BBK (no G37 coupes wanted to sell!)

The Akebono's will actually fit with the old sport rims... all you need is at least 10mm spacers in the front and that will provide you with enough clearance to clear the calipers. The rears will fit without spacers. I'm runnng 20 mm spacers all around with my fctory 2008 sport wheels and there's plenty of clearance for the Akebono's.

I plan to take some new pics today and post them tonight of the car after the drop with the Tanabe springs (I just installed the spingson Saturday and haven't had a chance to take pics yet). Send me a PM when you get a chance and I will send you a link to the thread with the new pics once I post them.

out of curiosity, how much clearance do you have b/w the rear caliper and the spokes of your wheels
