I'll bet you big money it's a combo of overlays and blackhousing...hmmm...good idea. I might wanna call Bat for some overlays...

 

It is not overlays guys, i talked with the guy.

If you think thats still an overlay, you need to ge3t your eyes checked lmao
In the second pic it might look like it but look at the first pic. I edited it so there wont be noise and less reflection.

 

then he must have painted the reflecting part behind the bulbs (fog and turn signals)? cause in most blacked out headlight, you can clearly see these parts are still reflective and the black paint outlines them.

 

yes the fog and blinker are painted as well.
Thats probably why it may look like its overlayed cuz its so dark.

I'll be doing the same but with LED mods and ill take more pix to show how it looks like.
But i'll be doing some thing differently.
