there was a guy on the forum that had blacked out headlights, on a LP journey i believe... I remember what the pics looked like, but can't remember the user name...

are you sure? the pics aooooo posted look like it had an overlay of some sort, more noticeable when you look at the fog and indicator lights.

Yes I am 110% sure it is pained.
When you paint the inside of the blinker and fog, its going to look like that.

Seems like he blackhoused it and then added an overlay. If not, he sprayed the reflectors of the blinkers and fog lights. If thats the case, how the hell do you see his blinkers and fog lights???
