I won't lie to you, the Falkens ride much stiffer than the OEMs do. Going from the 50 series in front to a 40, and 45 in back to 35 obviously reduces the sidewall resulting in a stiffer ride. That plus the fact that the Falkens are a more performance oriented tire lead to the harsher ride. Ultimately, I'm used to a harsh ride, as my previous car was a Mustang with full suspension. This car rides much nicer as it is now than the previous car, so I'm still "ahead of the game" at this point in time.

It really doesn't matter since my state was just voted as the state with the worst roads in the nation, hooray for us

Cuz then there's having to deal with camber kits, uneven tire wear, more stress on shocks, scraping and all that good stuff. If possibly, I'd like to stay at the stock height and just take the flack for driving a monster truck

So you're on Tanabes? It looks great - i really like the way the Falkens sit on the rims. I thought I liked the stretched look, but those look great.

Where is that? Somewhere like Michigan? I have been to most states (and about 20 countries), and I have to say Michigan has some of the crappiest roads. NY and MA seem to have some crappy ones also....

Who says we have to look like monster trucks?! Just get the right size tires to fill in the gap more.

I have 19s and went one size up from the recommended 245/40 and 275/35 combo -- I used 255/40 and 285/35. I caution, however, that it really depends on your offsets. I was scared 255 would be too wide in the front, but since my offsets are not that aggressive I took the chance and it paid off. I also chose to use Toyos because I was told they are generally made thinner (width-wise) than other brands.

Nah, with a drop that slight a camber kit isnt needed. Your alignment shop could probably get it into spec

In all honestly, I don't like the way that looks. It makes the wheels look really small. I'd rather just have the gap.

But people seem to say that you can go with a mild drop and not need any camber kits or anything like that. We'll see what happens.

+1 ^ San - why are you avoiding the question??

back from the dead for a second since I've got 37s now

will the 275s rear fit on stock suspension? Everyone says our fenders are pre-rolled so what do you think?

Yes, they'll fit fine.

275 Falken FK452 on the rear:
