drop isn't what determines tire size.
You need to maintain the same diameter as the OE setup.

I use this calculator a lot.

You should go with a wider wheel/staggered setup. At a minimum I would go with a 8.5" width (with around a +30 offset). If you want staggered, go with the 8.5" on the front, and a 9.5" rear (around +40).

The closest non-staggered tire sizes to stock would be around 245/35/20 (or 275/30/20 rear if staggered).

There are lots of cheap wheels on Ebay that are close to the same price that would be a better fit. Look at XXR and Stern if you are looking in that price range. I would personally keep the M wheels and spend my money elsewhere....

Good choice. Keep your M's, and save up to get a set of wheels you really want. In the meantime, they look very good and there's nothing wrong with them.

Glad to see you aren't considering the MSR wheels anymore. Definitely not a good choice.

The Vossen Concaves are still in the works cause Jav wants to make the front more concave to match the rears.
When officially released, they should be around $2500 for the set without tires.
