Lots of New Parts to Install - With Pics
Awesome. Thanks, Adrian! I know where i'm going shopping for my birthday now. My wife keep commenting on how messy the garage is, well there's my excuse for buying "organizing stuff".
^ that was already answered in a previous post (post #59 on page 4).
I only did a test fit with 20 mm spacers and they cleared Akebono's. I can also tell you this, the tightest clearance issue with the spacers was between the outer edge of the caliper and the inside of the wheel cylinder (not spokes), so it's gonna be a tight fit with the stock 18's even with the spacers.

No problem, Mike... My wife complained of the same thing... garage was too messy, unorganized, she couldn't find anything, she couldn't park her car in there, blah, blah, blah... So, she gave me "permission" to do what ever I wanted with the garage, just so long as it was organized and she could park her car in there too. It's always nice to have a good excuse to buy stuff that you actually "want" to buy, rather than stuff that you need. LOL

A member did fit them with 15mm spacers, but what i didn't know and no one ever answered it to me is, did you guys buy spacers for front wheels only, or spacers for front wheels and rear wheels?
In your post on page 4 #59 you said you used spacers, but didn't say if it was for front only, or front and rear, i'll get 20mm spacers for all around to give the car a flush look anyways.
^ Read post 61 again. I commented on your question on the rear calipers there.
Either way, like you said, you should get spacers all around otherwise the car won't look right and may not handle right either.

I still prefer your garage over mine, epecially since it's a 3 car garage!
Sounds like you've got it all worked out.... I wish I was so decisive in my modding!
What kind of rotors are you going to get?
I don't think you'll need spacers in the rear in order to clear the Akebono's, but IMO the car won't look right with spacers up front and not in the rear. Is your car lowered at all? If so, you may want to consider 25 mm spacers up front and 20 mm in the rear. If I had to do it all over again, that's what I would go with. If your not lowered, or only lowered a little bit then 20 mm up front and 15 mm in the rear should do it.
I went with the Hawk pads on Racing Brakes' recommendation. They tell me that the Project Mu pads are a little too soft for their rotors and they won't wear well at all, so they recommended a harder pad to match the hardness of their rotors.

, so do think Hawk ceramic pads or project mu would be nice for stock rotors?Because i'm planing on getting stock rotors for the time being.
No problem.
Yeah, I wanted to go with the Hawk Ceramic or Project Mu pads, as well, and they recommended either of those for stock rotors, but not for their rotors... so, you should be fine if you plan on running stock rotors.

Akebono Brakes finally installed!! Will post some driving impressions once I get a few more miles on them.
