Oh shiet I actually got some black leather already but its not as "BUFF" of a finish as i'd like it to be but it looks great and the texture/pattern on the leather isn't as noticeable as some of the other leathers that I carry. I'll try to post up pix by tmr!

The pictures are crappy pix but i did the best I could with the point n shoot haha the leather still has a bit of a pattern/texture to it unfortunately they don't sell perfectly smooth buff leather, the flash also makes the leather look shiny when its actually more of a matte/buff finish.

And a picture of my blacked out headlamps i just did for fun! lol

You wrap it around and put it back together and the console and shift plate should hold it in place, you can use some fabric adhesive if you want if you're concerned but it shouldn't move around much.

lol I did! I had a g35 coupe in the past but then my gf backed up into and I decided to upgrade
cant remember the name of the diy thread but there is the option of doing it like Fanyan did in his pics on the first page... there is a ring (whatever trim color you have) and you can either put the boot over it (like he did) or attach it under it like I did... i will post pics tonight
