Meh, an orange pad with some M105 would take that shadowing right off

I am not good with machines! I was doing it by hand using a yellow pad from pepboys with M105! Barely noticeable! I was gonna use Swirl X but I didn't find it! I ended up using Swirl Remover 2.0 after the M105 by hand! I actually did my whole car with Swirl Remover 2.0 by hand using a Blue Pad! It was a PITA. I have a cheap polisher! I just don't know how to use it! Last time I did I left a lot of holograms. And then I stop using it! Now I work by hand. More safer!

1. You are using a cheap machine, that is a NO NO. If you want to get into machine polishing, pick up a Porter Cable 7424XP. Dummy proof, and offers excellent results.

This is what I use. Wont leave any halograms as long as you follow it up with M205 or my favorite, the Menzerna 106FA.

Wet sand is unnecessary on his car. Just need a DA and an afternoon.

Do you think it's enough to get ride of the OP? I've done it your method, but find WS to be somewhat faster.

You should try 86RD, it's the holy grail.
