Any tire I tried so far, gets quite louder once it wears down.
True, but on my last set of v12's, I either didn't notice or wasn't paying attention.

With the 452's, it was easily noticeable and louder than any other tire I've ever used.

I've had the pleasure of taking both the 452s and v12s at the track. The v12s have better overall feel and traction. It also doesn't chunk up as much as the 452s.

With proper rotation, including dis/re-mount to opposite sides, the v12s lasts longer as well.

The 452s may be cheaper up-front, but over the life of the tires, i think the v12s win.

As far as noise, i don't think the V12s are as noisy once worn down either.
