hey whats up guys. i am kind of new the forums.

i am currently driving a 07' DG G35 5 A/T i see a bunch of your cars on campus.

i am actually looking to purchase an exhaust and plenum spacer. what are your recommendations?

is there anyone here on campus that has a modded 5 A/T that i can check out before making any purchases.

Me and just me. I'm the only one who has 5AT, everyone else in this thread has 6-MT. I should have trade-in for 6-mt. btw, i don't have any engine mod, the only thing i have done on engine is intake.

 

well, prior to getting an exhaust or any engine mod...i think i will have the most fun with suspension mods.

ive been in contact with a dealer on the forums and i can get Tein Basics and SPC rear camber kit for pretty cheap.

my only problem is that it doesnt have any damping control. i dont think i will use it that much, but it would be beneficial for those autocross days. is anyone running Basics here?

do you guys have any input on K-Sports?

tein basic has stiff spring rate, if i remeber correctly it's about 500 lb/in. I almost bought ksport susp from one of the member here, but ksport's review isn't that good. They said the spring rate is way too stiff for daily use, but it's a good choice for track. Ksport spring rate is about 700-800 i think. I would say tein basic is way to go. just my 0.02

 

I've got basics and love em. Got a killer deal on a set so i just picked them up without doing too much research.

Oh, and i just met anthony outside of my apt. Hopefully he stops by!
