2007 autocross schedule is not out yet. I'll send an email once it is. The closest track that is a road course is Blackhawk Farms, at the very north edge of IL. Everything starts around April and we'd have to figure out which events are open to nonmembers of clubs. Ah, I found out most people don't say lapping day, but track day (even if you're place in a category where passing is restricted through most of the course :P).
