I have had my Coupe in for a recall, and to fix a window motor at Infiniti of Orland Park. Both times service was good, and service writer Mike C. was good. The only beef that I had was that they washed my car, two days after I detailed it and I had to re-wash it when I got home. My fault I guess, I should have told them not to, next time I will.

I brought mine up this past weekend (2 hour drive!) to do the fuel filler hose recall on the 03's and that was my first time there. All I can is that next time I going to Lisle. I thought the customer service and the service itself was really poor.
I walked in stood by what I thought was the correct counter (it wasn't it was the one to the left of the main one) and multiple people walked by it and didn't say anything. I had to walk around and ask where I was supposed to go.
Then the girls at the front desk said: keep an eye on the offices of Mike and Jim (they pointed where the offices were) and when one of them is free, talk to them. How about having a system where they call you?!? I then talked to Jim. Apparently Jim doesn't like working there because he wasn't all that friendly.
Since I was there, I also had they look at my passenger window, which wasn't going up properly with the cold weather. They said they lubbed the runs. I pick up my car after hours and tested the window. Guess what, it's just like it was before.
Last thing: I asked them to tighten my ebrake too. It's not holding the car in place. Oh wait, they forgot to do it as well.
My VW dealership is muuuuch nicer. They take care of you.
