Goodyear Eagle?
Goodyear Eagle?
Hello all,
Just had a quick question about the stock tires on my new 2004 G sedan. I was wondering if any other owners had upgraded the tires ( I'm in the Northern Chicago burbs so snow might be an issue) from the goodyears to something better. I really think these tires are awful, they're loud, they are crap in the rain and was just curious if anyone had any suggestions? Tirerack had some good ideas, but was just wondering? Let me know, much appreciated.

Re: Goodyear Eagle?
I changed to 235/50-17 Pilot Sport A/Ss. Great tire on all road conditions. Even had them out in 4" of snow and found them to be the best A/S tire I've ever driven in actual winter conditions in a RWD vehicle! I'd still recommend winter tires if snow is an issue, but they'd be great for those unexpected early and late snowfalls where you're never sure whether it's time to put on your 'high-performance' rubber or your winters.
