I am looking for some opinions on the local dealers. Who do you prefer? Who is easier to work with? Don't be afraid to share the horror stories either.

I prefer Plaza by a large margin to Bommarito. Never any trouble getting service work done at Plaza, whereas Bommarito won't always consider something under warranty (even though I have the bulletin #'s). Done with them.

Good info... I just bought an 05 coupe with only a few months left on the basic warranty... Once it's out, anybody have any experience with Walter's Foreign Car Service in Brentwood? Friend of mine takes his VW there and his boss takes his Acuras there.

Or do you guys prefer going to the dealer anyways? (I hear Infiniti dealers charge a lot for everything)

 

Hmmm - more Plaza recommendations. Too bad they are twice as far from me. Oh well, a little extra drive for better service.

Plaza and Bommarito are $125/hr on the labor.
