I have to say Suburban's service dept. has gone to crap!! They take your number because they're so busy and don't even call you back. They never have loner cars! You have to set an appt. 2-3 weeks in advance to get a loner car. I wish I knew it would be like this before buying this car!!

DTW say what you want that its dribble. The fact that you say they are gouging and charging people over sticker is crap I have gotten to know the Manager out there and although they do make a profit he did say they try to make accomodations for those cars as we get closer to the next model year they have never charged over sticker for the car I know from a real good source. You cannot get any closer to the source than a good factory rep which I have gotten to know too through my friend. He has verified everything for me so I am pretty confident in expressing this opinion and just like rearends everyone has one.

Whoa, relax Mac... my dribble comes from 2 parts:

1st, I know of 4 cases where people were given Tier 3 (5-8%) instead of Tier 1 (2.9-3.9%) APR financing (either buy/lease scenarios) when all had credit scores in excess of 700 (hence $1000's in overcharge).

PS: Correction to my initial post in this thread. According to Ron ('burban Srv. Mgr), my hunch as to Lavery dropping Infiniti is not true, Infiniti took away the franchise from Lavery primarily due to poor customer feedback.
