Does anyone know how to do the idle relearning procedure. i read it but i don't understand it really. I cleaned my throttle body and i been throwing codes since.

holy hell, been awhile since ive been on here. My poor G keeps getting beat up this winter.

Anyone know what a "cranking" sound is when I start the car and accelerate during a turn, but only last a second?

In the process of buying a house, so not to much money will go toward my G this year. :/
I may get my oem 19's refinsihed and sell my oem 17's for a lil extra cash

I hope gateway opens soon, we should have a meet there if it does. But i would love to have 2 of my rims refinished but I cant afford it haha. $100 each when im still having problems with my gas tank sensors

 

As I stated in one of my earlier posts, the St. Louis Cars & Coffee club will be having their first meet of the year in mid-April. It will either be the 2nd or 3rd Saturday, but I don't believe it's been decided yet. I'll be sure to post when I find out.

 

I'm new to the scene as of last year, is the STL Cars and Coffee Club just for G's or for car enthusiasts in general?

 

The STL Cars & Coffee meets are for all car enthusiasts. We typically see higher end vehicles there (it's not a ricer meet), and it's usually a really good turn out.

To be honest, our G meets have been few and far between, with mostly weak turn-out. We did have one decent meet last year, though.

The "Lot Hangout" is another event that goes on the 3rd Saturday of each month in St Peters through the summer. And Gateway Car Cruises has events as well. There are usually events at other locations as well. Hemmings.com is a good site to check for car shows/events

Making the move back to STL from South Florida. Looking to get to know some of you and see you out at some shows.

For someone who hasnt lived in STL for a while. How bad are the roads. Here is S. Florida I am running some springs, with an Inven front and Carbon Fiber splitter. Will i have a difficult time daily driving this in STL? sorry for the stupid question, its just been so long that I dont remember how good/bad the roads are.
