He has the stock 4300k bulbs is what I am assuming. They look perfect right when they start up, but quickly warm to that nasty amber yellowish color. They all do that because the heat of HID bulbs fluctuates so much.
Solution? Get 6k bulbs. Normally I am a 5k person because I like the 'classy' look (like a BMW or Mercedes) versus's like 8k+ because thats generally what i see on Civics and the like.
What Josh has is identical to my setup and I love it. More blueish white than the nasty yellow stock, but not overly blue.

My projectors do the same thing Hossam. After the initial surge, the color does change a little bit more amberish in color. I think I will go with a 5k bulb next year. That's probably going to be the best match with the side marker and DRL lights I'm running-Otherwise it does look more amberish compared to those.
I put 5k in and took them right out. For some reason with the Gs, 5k looks like a nasty yellow to. 6k is perfect in these headlights IMO. And im normally a 5k person.

I'll try em... i might wait till next spring though, we'll see if i can wait that long!
I had some 8k leds in there I got for cheap on ebay but they went out because the heat in the light housings were too hot (that and the ebay ones were pretty cheap quality). Now I bought some 5K 2W bulbs with heat sinks to dissipate the heat and are supposed to be able to handle the heat in there. They are BRIGHT!

So I got my LED light strips today so I can do my corners. I didn't realize they are black though so now I have to spray a silver/chrome over them except for the LED so they look the part during the day. I did a quick wire connect to test how they look tonight-should be pimp! And the 2nd shot is to show you how bright those 2W 198 LEDs are that I'll be putting in the drl slots.
I test drove an M35X and a G35X yesterday. Boy the power of that 07 G was ridiculous.

Peng the corners are going to look sick man... and 8k DRL look sweet, let me know how the 2w ones will look installed in the DRL. and i second josh's question, where and how much did you get those 5k 2w bulb with the heat sink?!
Well, they look good though so I think I'll keep them. I originally went with the same bulb but in blue (not HID white) and they were waaaaay too blue. Besides, my side marker strips are in 6k white too so they match well. http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED/D...87987-1-2.html
I'll probably install them this weekend if I have time. Might tackle the side markers today though.
