Every Wednesday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Lemont, Illinois conducts a cruise night. Each night has a specific theme such as "Chevy Night." This year, "Sports Car Night" is on August 3rd. Come down to Lemont and enjoy a low pressure, relaxing evening with the cars. There will be some very interesting vehicles in addition to the sports cars.

Lemont has some interesting restaurants to whet your whistle. Nick's Bar has a burger that is a favorite with former governor Jim Thompson. Whenever he visited the area, he made a point of having a Nick's Burger. I believe he survived a heart attack, if you know what I mean. Lemont House is an asian restaurant with a Korean accent. If you think your stomach can withstand spicy food, you should try the octopus dish from Lemont House. It's a good thing that the water is free!

The cars are parked on the main drag in Lemont in random order. So, if you want to park together, you better arrive together.
