DIY On shift ****

OOOK guys, i need help! I just bought new shift ****.
Its the MOMO aluminum sport ****. I just need help installing it. I was looking at the stock ****, and i have no idea how to put the new one on. I know that it can't be that hard, i would like it if someone would give me a run down on what i need to do, and if any of you guys changed the **** on ur cars, if you have any pix. Thanks alot guys
