Lookin' for a trusty mechanic in STL

I'm thinking about buying an '03 g35 sedan from a private owner in St. louis. I want to get it inspected by a mechanic in the St. Louis area (not a dealer) that won't empty out my wallet... anybody know of anyone in the St. Louis area?
