I have a pending credit application with Infiniti credit, I will assume lease payments on this car
https://g35driver.com/forums/buying-selling-leasing-discussion/95436-good-deal-05-6mt-lease-478-mo-19k-mi-yr.html
I just graduated from Purdue but live in Bloomington (The Kirkwood).
I will be here all summer. I will be checking the car out in person in Indy early next week. Is there anything I should look for? Any common problems with the G?
I can't wait to raise hell on IN-46 East to Columbus. That road is a blast in my Cherokee, I can’t imagine what it will be like in a G…

Looks like a peach. For that kinda mileage per year, that is pretty much about as good a deal as you're going to get. I've leased three cars - my last being a 1999 Prelude which was 20K mpy @ $425/mo.
If you don't mind the payment (which is too damn big for me) it is a good deal considering the factors. And remember...the larger your monthly payment the less likely you'll be to pay it off sooner. My $300/mo payment is low enough that I can afford two payments at once—saves me from interest and makes the car mine sooner. Which means lower miles, money saved, and decreased depreciation.
You'll enjoy the drive down 46 a helluva lot more. You should also try the IN-45 route too. Its even MORE twisty. Is it an open or closed end lease? If you baby your cars and its an open end lease you may want to buy it at the end. If you sell it you may be able to turn a profit on it.

I will keep you all posted as to whether or not I will be going. Like I mentioned before, my presence here may take precedence over the meet this weekend.
Honestly, it depends on whether or not my wife needs me here to help her with her dad's stuff. So far it seems like its going to be a summer of hard-labor weekends straightening out everything he's left behind.
