You may want to clarify what area/cities you are looking for. I recall you thinking of traveling to Chicago to purchase, but you may get better responses if you specify.
My experience is that just about all dealers partcipate in VPP. Each of the 3 I checked (2 Nissan, 1 Infiniti) all participated. I bought my G at Luther Infiniti in Bloomington (near Mall of America & Minneapolis).
