I had to pay extra for it...the dealer said it was an mandatory "option" with the Ivory Pearl.

Not sure if anything is different with the paint

I checked the CDN infiniti website and built my car on there, and the 3-coat option automatically gets chosen when IP is chosen.

Anybody know what the deal is with the 3-coat paint?

I finally get my car next weekend

I pick it up on Saturday...it feels like ages since I ordered it. I can't wait!

Is there anything I should do, or make sure to check for when I pick it up?

Look over the entire vehicle, both inside and out with the finest of fine tooth combs! If you find something that is not to your liking ask the dealer to fix it and make sure you get everything in writing.

BTW, did you ever find out about your "3-coat" charge, sounds fishy to me.

Also remember that cars don't exist without pics!!!

Nope never found out anything else. I just did the query on the Infiniti website and when you build your own car in IP...the 3 coat paint defaults with an additional charge.

I got a couple pictures of my car sitting at the dealership waiting to be picked up. Can someone please do some PS magic and tint the windows to 35% and maybe throw on some rims. Doesn't matter what type I just want to see what it will look like

Thanks.

Thanks.

I found some pictures of rims that hopefully someone could Photoshop. It doen't have to be on my picture...if someone has a better picture of an Ivory Pearl G35x that would be eaiser to edit, feel free.

Thanks Again.
