New owner of a 2005 G35 Sedan!

Hello everyone, my name is Greg. I have been poking around this forum for a while and decided to join after just recently purchasing a 2005 G35 Sedan 5-A. I must say this is an awesome car performance is great!! My previous car was a 1995 Altima, so you could say this was a major upgrade! I just finished school and decided to get a nicer ride. I always admired the styling of the G since it came out.

Anyway, its Black on Black leather, fully loaded with navigation and sport package, and had 19,900 miles when I got it! I cant believe I found one in such good condition and black is very rare around here. Ill get some pictures up soon.

Since I have been driving it I have a question regarding the oil, and what type of oil this car has. Did these cars come factory with synthetic or dino oil? I am thinking this car is running synthetic because the oil on the dipstick is very light colored, isnt dino oil darker? BTW thats a tricky dipstick lol, took me a few minutes get a good acurate reading. Also, the maintence information on the navigation has a change interval set to 7500 miles. The higher change interval could be because of the synthetic oil? Is there a way of telling the difference between Dino and Synthetic oils? Ive done all my own oil changes in the past, but just for kicks about how much does an oil change at the dealership go for? Thanks again!
