Its in the Driveway right now!!!
Got the call today, G35 S, MT, Black outside/Stone inside, She has everything but 4 wheel steering.
Came in 1 week ahead of schedule, dealer calls me at 5pm, asking if I want to get it today or tomorrow. With a huge grin I respond today. He says be here at 7:30 and it'll be ready.
She was waiting for me on the showroom floor. Good Lord, the black is gorgeous under those lights. I inspect her for a good 30 minutes while the sales person takes me through the basic points, but he can tell, I just want to get inside her.
He shakes my hand, I enter her nice and slowly, feeling the smooth trim as I get in position. Some brief adjustments to get her ready for me, then move the clutch in and push the button.
The sales person opens the door, I gently ease her out into the world, with a slight wave to the good people inside we begin our journey together.
She has a nice note when excelerating at highway speeds and a strong feel when dropping a couple of gears to shoot from 70 to 100. The feel of the shifter is firm and moves into gear solidly. Oh yes, passing will be fun again.
I'm looking forward to learning all about her over the next few days. I think this relationship might just last a few years.
I have pictures, but for some reason can't find the cord that connects the camera to the PC. They were at night anyway and my picture taking skills suck, but will post some once I gte the chance.

Can you believe the dumb salesman at my Infiniti dealer said that for 2007 they stopped making the 6MT? I won't be talking to him or recommending anyone to go see them anytime soon. This and when I asked them if they sold a front license plate attachment I wouldn't have to drill into my 2006 bumper the parts guy replied "You don't have to drill into the bumper...let me ask (5 min later)...I guess you do have to drill. It shows how much I know about these cars hahaha."

Nice Color Combo Man!! Sometimes I wish I got Black, It's looks Gorgeous when it's all clean and Shiny! But having 2 Black cars to take care of would be a big Pain in the A$$! HAHA, but well worth it, So I got the Blue Slate Instead, and don't regret it one bit! But it's something about a Black car that screams something, LOL. Aghh anyway enjoy the new Ride dude!
