New Owner

Hello, I am the proud new owner of a 2007 G35 coupe, red with the beige interior. It has all options except nav.

As a previous owner of 2 350z's I will have to say this car has been a dream so far to own. Perfect mix of performance and comfort.

My 04 coupe had radio and huge front tire issues and my 06 Roadster had major transmission and clutch issues. I loved both are but it was time to try something new.

The only question I have after reading a few posts here is about the Z tube intake. I have one left over from my 04 coupe after I put a K&N intake kit on it. So is it worth it to swap it out for the tube that comes with the G35?

welcome. if you already have the z-tube go ahead and put it on. gives you some better intake flow and eliminates the resonator for some much needed sound.

Thanks I may put that on this weekend, I was not sure if it would even give an HP gain if any.

So does the pop charger work well on the G35 or is it best to go with Nismo or K&N?

Thanks for the warm welcome.

The only thing you will gain with the pop charger is a more aggressive sound. You're getting that with the ztube. In my opinion, it's not worth the $100+ just for the sound if you're not getting any noticeable gains.
