Sure, they have plenty of models on the dealer's lot. But it's nice to order your car from the factory and know that no one has ever driven it. The dealer I ordered from does not have specific demo cards, you can test drive any car on the lot for sale. In addition they only had one car with the 4 wheel active steer and although I wanted this option I didn't like the color of the one that had it.

I also wanted a 2008 and all they had were 2007's on the lot. All minor issues, but I'll be getting exactly want I want in the end.

 

The sales rep. said he could find exactly what I wanted at another dealer but it would cost $600-$800 to transport it. Heck with that! I don't mind waiting and, anyway, it gives me time to pay off my Subaru.
