Pics of the G

Finally was able to take some quick shots of the car. It's an 04' Twilight Blue Coupe with 38k on the clock. Picked it up 2 weeks ago completely stock.

So far the mods are debadged "G35" and JDM Right Hand Driver Battery Cover.

Future mods include 20-30% tint, OEM Front lip, JDM Clear corners, 06' Headlights, coilovers, and some volks.

Here are some quick pics....

Oh ya! I'm probably going to stick with exterior mods on this car. My last car was a little excessive (05' WRX with upgraded everything pretty much, bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pimp, intercooler, etc. It was a low 12 sec. car). I'm just trying to get out of the whole "ricer" phase and get into something a little more classy....I'm only 22....

I got way too many fix it tickets in the suby, now its time for something QUIET!!!!! My exhaust used to rattle houses lol! It was quite insane.

Anyways, thanks for the compliments!

hahah, oh trust me the blue is there....its just hiding right now...

I was thinking about high flow cats or just catless test pipes with the stock mufflers, but I'm still debating that. I had a buddy who did catless test pipes with the stock mufflers on his 350z and it had a weird rasp to it. I don't know how to describe it, maybe the high flow cats will produce a little less rasp and a little more exotic tone. I'll definitely keep it in mind though.

Beebo: On a partial side note, do you happen to have or know where I can find some sound clips of the stock exhaust with high flow cats? Thanks man!

I'll try to get some better pics in the daylight so you can truly see the blue. God I love this color! hahaha

ya, and it is only when the car is at almost WOT and in the upper portion of the RPM band. At idle and just cruising you can't really hear the rasp...I guess we shall see dealing with the high flow cats. I need to take a look into those bad boys....

So HFC's will make your stock exhaust louder? Any more information on this? I love the G's exhaust note and it was one thing that prevented me from going aftermarket with my exhaust. I guess that, and the fact that I wasn't planning any major performance mods that would justify an exhaust haha.
