? on the G and Skyline noob asking

I have seen some vids on you tube about the skyline and they look like the G35 sedan. Are there any real changes between these two fine vehicles. Are they the same vehicle or are they separate beast.

it's just re-badging...

in other words, they're the exact same car with different emblems - the skyline ones being after market.
