Yeah they are GM. It was taken in the dark so hard to tell. It should look clearer tomorrow.
I asked him bunches of questions and he answered them for me. He is such a resourceful and nice guy. Hub was "helping me out" too, regardless how many times I told him I wanted to do it, all of it. And you know what I got for my troubles? Blasted scratch!
Ok, I cant hammer on him too hard, he did help alot. But BIG thanks Chris for taking time to answer my questions.

Well Done! I will have to see that when you are all done with it! Flat black....not really my preference, but I'm sure it will look good on your g! They had a poll on 2 g's, the coupe was flat black. Wish they had posted more pics of it. It was def different.

I woulda done better reattaching the bumper alone, no matter how bulky and difficult! *sigh*....too late now. And Chris had warned me of this. I figured Hub woulda been more careful with MY CAR! He sure is with HIS! Grrrr

Yes it is. Bad habit, I will quit someday, just not today. Menthol for me. I quit when I was preggy and nursing. *sigh* didn't last. Harder to quit when hub smokes too. NO SMOKING in my car or house EVER though!

Cameron are you planning to flat black the whole wheel? There are some on here like that and alot of ppl say that just makes the wheel look covered in brake dust. IMO I think It would look good if the lip was silver. Just my 0.02

 

yeah i experienced the brake dust lol since everyone is driving around like theres still 5 feet of snow on the ground but im not 100 percent on the color yet but i was already thinking about the lip idea and silver was definitely on the top of my list ;-)

 

and yes im definitely a red ;-) ha ha been smoking since i was 15 quit like 5 times but got caught up in it and will be trying again soon so wish me luck lol and yeah if anyone asks to smoke in the g i give them a look that lets them know if they do they wont live long lol

 

I know what you mean. I will quit. This I know. Ppl dont eat or drink anything colored in my car either. I have a kiddo and she has a under carseat protector AND kickmat on the back of the pass seat. Otherwise she would always be barefoot when she got in. This is really wierd, I don't even like carrying food in the cabin cause I love the smell of the interior and it ruins it for like 2 days. I usually put it in the trunk, lol. My G still has that "new car smell" and slight hint of leather care wipes.

 

lol yeah mine had the new car smell until i bought one of those crazy air fresheners from japan that last like 6 months so now it smell like peach mango ;-) lol good stuff
