Surprised Even Myself with New '08 G35xS

We're down by Stamford about 45 min outside NYC. I'd dig seeing and especially hearing some modded G35's and G35xS's. Dunno if I can make it up before the holidays, but I'm in once the weather clears.
We actually bought the G at George Harte, which is in one of the "Havens" - West I think. They usually put on a rather lame "harte" sticker which I said we didn't want, and they don't put it on until the car is sold and being prepped for delivery I believe. I also wanted to use the Stillen front license plate holder but they had already installed one, so right now the G has George Harte Infiniti plate holders
I don't know what kind of job they would do if you're buying from Harte, but I don't think I've ever seen a decent dealer prep job. Our Blue Slate was mint on the lot with just some mild water spots and a mild dust/pollen coating. When I detailed it I washed/clayed and went right to glaze - no polishing required. It's probably too cold to do it yourself w/o a heated garage or something now, and I don't know of any reputable detailers in CT, sorry, though I'd try to get some wax/sealant protection on there since we won't be able to get a proper wash done on our cars until spring. If you do find a good detailer in CT please let us know - I'd kill for a proper wash and wax come January and February.
We started at Greenwich Infiniti, who had a new G37 coupe with a Stillen intake, tint and aftermarket wheels in the showroom, so that was promising, but they wouldn't deal. We then tried Fairfield but they didn't have the car we wanted, and ended up at Harte, who had the car we wanted for a real good price. After all that, for now we've decided to use Infiniti of Fairfield for servicing, and they've been very professional so far and had no problems with switching to Mobil1 oil and filter @ 1500 miles. They also do the nitrogen in the tires, which we might try if we go with snows in hopes of getting more than just 3 seasons out of the Blizzaks.
Thanks again for all the welcomes!
