My G is going back to the dealer tomorrow. The power steering belt popped when I was driving today and I almost crashed into a phone pole. The damn fuel pump is shot too.....

I dropped a Comptech Supercharger on my 2003 TL-S, exciting to drive but the front wheel drive/wheel spin totally sucked. Not to mention replacing the transmission 3 times. Loved the look and feel but when I get in my G35 I don't miss the TL-S one bit! I will NEVER go back to FWD.

Aren't the 2nd gen CL's and TL's notorious for tranny issues?

They are which is why I don't understand why anyone would buy one used. I bought my new off the lot. But I will give it to Honda, they stood behind the issue. No questions asked replacing the tranny each time it started slipping.

Thus far my stealership has been cool about my tranny issues. I'm on my 3rd valve body no questions asked. They may not be so nice when I'm out of warranty but we'll see. I really like this car, plan to keep it for a long time. I hope they don't tick me off!

Only the Automatics, which I wouldn't touch. From what I've heard and read the 6spd was great. The engine was good too. On the other hand, aren't there issues with the G's 6MT as well as various oil issues in the engine?

Maybe it's because most G owners in cali are stuck up, mean, bitter old ladies. Hahha it's all good.

Sucks, cuz I want one, but I don't need something crapping out on me either, especially with no warranty.
