So I bought a 06 G35 coupe a couple months ago. I plan on doing some basic mods. Cold Air Intake, Exhaust system and stereo (of course). I live in Whittier and work in Mira Loma.... I want to get some advise for reputable places along that path to get my gear...

Anyone in the So Cal area have any tips?

1) For exhaust...maybe HKS, but it's a bit pricey...may go with Stillen.
2) For Cold Air...I'm not leaning any direction... The price range isnt so dramatic that it'll be an issue...performance should be my deciding factor.
3) The Stereo will be done at Stereo Super Store in Whittier (that's my recommendation).

Welcome to the G community. I'm from Whittier as well. Local meet that I go to is Chino Hills. They are every other Thursday. Next one should be this thursday if you want to check it out.

As far as intakes go, just search the forum. They don't really do much for the G other than sound and looks. Swapping your intake tube for an OEM 350z tube will probably give you the best performance gains.
