So I just got this 2006 G35x that will mostly be driven by my wife but I drive when we are together so I probably drive it as much as her
We really like it, it is a great car, but everyone here already knows that! She is normally not too much into cars but she likes driving now, and the G is replacing a Corolla so it is quite a difference. The Corolla is a great car too for what it is, but just doesnt compare to the driving experience as the new ride. We've had it almost a month but the weather finally was nice enough to properly detail it, wash ,claybar, and a double coat of wax.
Except for a JDM bezel and double din nav head unit, it will stay stock down to the air filter because I know once it gets started, mods never end. Speaking of which, below are pics of what I normally drive...lifted locked armored Toyota Land Cruiser ( the green one I sold, the white one I still have) and a full bolt on and tuned engine/suspension Camaro SS.

Thanks for the compliments! After driving the G, I was about ready to sell the SS and get a G coupe, but I cant give up the torque monster!
I dont think the awd comes in a manual, too bad, but I've read the rwd is more fun.

very nice, i just bought a g35x myself. it will be my daily and i think it's almost perfect the way it is. i told myself i would not do any major upgrades so the few things i've replaced/modded so far are: z-tube, hardwire v1 & ipod, clear sidemarkers, and yellow fogs.
check out myg35mods.com - i found his site to be very helpful and i think he picked the best bang for the buck mods.
