New Metro Atlanta Owner...

Just picked up a 2004 sedan.

As for me. I'm retired Navy. Spent the 20 years stationed in Hawaii. I worked/flew on the Lockheed P-3 Orion aircraft(hince the screen name). Now I'm currently building the C-130J Super Hercules for Lockheed-Martin.

I have really liked the G35 for a long while. Finally got around to getting one. I used to have a Altima. It was mod'ed out pretty nice. She ended up being totaled almost 2 years ago.

Other than wanting a G35, I wanted another Altima, but didn't want to go through the mod process again to get another Altima up to what I had. So my other so called reason to get a G35 was to tint the windows, put on a set of rims and call it a day on the mod's. Boy was I wrong. Didn't realize at the stuff available for the G35. Sooooooo.... who knows where the G35 road will lead me.

As for mods, I do like the idea of rebadging the exterior to a Skyline 350GT. But as you all know on the sedan comes the grille logo. Haven't yet seen any good aftermarket grilles for the sedan. Maybe just need to look around some more. My Altima was debadged completely on the exterior and only had a NISMO badge on the trunk. You would believe the "What kind of car is that? questions I got.

I spent six years in Hawaii, not sure how you could stand 20.

If modding out your radio is in your plans, you're in luck, I'm just a few hours away in the Savannah area.

Pick up the parts and I can get most of it done before the pizza's gotten cold (you're buying, of course).

You'll be my first 2004, but I've got a few 05+'s under my belt.

Welcome and thank you for your service!

Yea, we're a little biased but you made the right choice between re-altima'n and the G

That pesky mod bug! Good luck keeping those suckers off ya.

Check out the vendors on the marketplace, Ionic in particular is the Grill-guru IMO

Thanks,

Checked out Ionic. Some great stuff, but all for the coupe.

Though I did find an emblem that bolts on OVER the Infiniti grille emblem here:

FR Sport dot com

So I guess the first mod is on, rebadging the exterior to the Nissan Skyline 350GT

Is re-badging really a mod?

Great thanks for your service! Just so you know there is a Facebook group for G owners in Georgia. If you're interested to keep in touch, please give me a pm with your info.

Also, I've got a friend who has a black G that's lowered on Volks that works at Lockheed Martin. You might see him around.

Hello!

I grew up around the P-3 as my dad was Navy and now I am DoD with NAVAIR. So now more on the P-8.
