I am looking at a 04 g35 sedan 5at and was wondering if there is anything I should look for. Its got 101k on it and seems to be in good shape. Whats some stuff to check or be worried about on these before I purchase. If all goes well Ill own it tommorow.

welcome aboard if you got the car bud! if your looking at modding I will have a coupe mid-pipe available that works well on the sedans and eliminates the big *** mid-pipe resonator you have on your car! Also if you need me to look over anything I am more than welcome to assist.

 

I did get it! I would love that mid as im local in Paris,Tx. I came from the chevy world but my wife has had a 02 max for 5 yrs and Its been crazy reliable. I know nothing about these cars other than I liked it. Im 25 with a wife and 5 yr old and 7 mnth old so mods will be oem clean. Here are some pics so far

I pmed all ready. Ill drive down today lol. I am having a hard time not using the bump shift feature. I just dnt want to wreck the trans. Id like a ztube and kn also. Im shopping springs now but prob go eibach front and rear with sways.

 

good stuff, seems you've done your research....make sure you factor in endlinks when you pick up your sways...MM mode doesn't hurt the tranny you just have to get the downshifts together so it doesn't jerk. If i were picking springs again i'd go H&R's
