This may have been cleared up, but I think the word you are looking for is reflector and not halogen.

HIDs are/were standard on coupes. The difference from 03-05 and 06/07 are that the older styles came with reflector type HID. Newer models came from the factory with projector type HID.

Anywho, congrats to the OP and welcome to our community.

 

No yet? We won't have a clue who you are at the meets if you don't give us a pic which will either increase your fan club or shut it down if you're a guy....
