Image has to be uploaded to a web-based site (facebook, imageshack...etc), then copy and paste as an image.

if you don't want to use an image hosting site, you can just upload the pics to an album on here and open them in a new tab/window, copy the image URL, click the Insert Image button and paste. like so...

Why would guys in nursing feel that way? Do you feel that way? Is it cuz there's fewer guys than girls in nursing that you should feel special? I personally don't feel special, but I know girls are a minority in the car scene, so we gotta represent.

This question is a bit odd...you know why? because you're saying FEMALES. I mean when new people come on this forum aren't they suppose to "announce it" like you said, both females and males?
