From subies to infiniti CA

Hey guys. Names drew. Been a Subie guy for some time. I picked up an 04 g35 sedan 6mt with 38,065 last weekend. I'm a little nervous about the oil consumption issue I've read up on, but love the car and looking forward to having some fun with it. Im located in lake elsinore CA

Hey, I thought the oil consumption issue was only with 05 coupes that have the hi rev motor?

I know that it happens more with the high rev engine... But I think that some of the older models get it to. I'll read more

Need pics or ur lyin.
It's def much less common for the non revups to be affected by oc, just keep an eye on the oil level.
Great mileage on an 04 btw.
Just so u don't get flammed make sure u spell Infiniti with an "i" and not "y".

That's good news. The more I read the better I feel. No huge plans. I've already debadged, clear corners, voodoo shift ****, full maintenance, z trube and k&n, hr y pipe and coupe midpipe. I want to add plenum spacer, springs and wheels. I have spc rear camber arms in my garage waiting for the rest.

Haven't heard of evo issues but glad to hear about Infiniti. Everything runs great so far
