Well I guess im not totally new but this is the first time I have actually got a chance to upload some pictures and talk about my story.
Well first off I fell in love with g35's the minute I first saw one in person and it was around 09, unfortunely at the time I wasn't able to get one because my job wasn't paying the bills lolol. As I started to progress with my job I was finally able to get one June 2012. I bought it from a dealer and got a great deal and when I mean great I mean great! I had origanally saw the car on Cars.com without a price but it did have low miles 54k so I had called the dealer the same day I saw it. The guy I spoke to didnt even know the car was on the lot so he had me wait a few and then he told me that the car was priced at 13k which at that time I flipped out because it was such a low price. Long story short I went down to the dealer with the 13grand just to be told that I had been misinformed about the price, might I add I drove over 150 miles to get the vehicle. The salesperson told me that they had it priced at 18k which was competitive in an area of 250 miles. I explained to the salesperson what I was told and then I proceeded to wait and wait while we tried to figure out who had told me the low price. When he finally came back and spoke with me he told me he had spoken to the rep and he indeed give me that price on the vehicle so he had no choice but to sell it to me for that price. It was one of the best days of my life and thats how I got my G. Im planning on modding my car as much as possible sadly it is auto but a G is a G and I will love it no matter what. Might I also add I have not had a single problem with it and I have driven it over 3k miles thus far.

Very nice story and congrats. Not all places would have honored what the salesperson had told you, good job.

Lovely story; I fell in love with G's the first time I saw one in person as well, in summer of 06 lol. I was in high school. Got an 06 model by mid 08 and still love it to this day

That's awesome that they honored that deal. What year is the car? Maybe I missed it somewhere in the story.

Unbelievable deal. I paid 15 even with mine at 94,000 miles and I couldnt talk them down on it at all. Would not budge. I did get them to give me 1500 more for the car I traded in though so the net difference was the same I guess.

Welcome to DRIVER! Congratulations of finding a clean coupe with low mileage at that price. You can have just as much fun with a AT as the members with MT although they make more noise. Were you able to get a maintenance records with your coupe? I'd want to know if the 30K mile service was completed. Good Luck!

What dealership did you buy it from? A verbal price over the phone ends up to a he said/she said type thing. From the pics, it looks like "Shortline Subaru" I am impressed that they honored the price and think they should be mentioned.
