Hello and I first want to say I am so happy that I found this forum! In the last three days my husband and I noticed that almost overnight we discovered long cracks throughout our dashboard on our 2005, 23,000 mile kept out of the sun for 85% of the time and driven only 6 months a year Infiniti. We called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and they were not apologetic but referred us to our local dealership and provided us with a case number. My husband went to the dealer today and the service department manager said that this was unusal for the G35's mentioned some garbage about the Florida Sun and took some pictures. He told my husband that this would be forwarded onto to the Regional Manager, whatever that means. Where is everyone "at" with getting resolution to this problem? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
