What's up fellas! So quick history / intro of myself and my experience in the "scene". In late 1999 I bought a 99 Impreza 2.5RS, in 2003 I swapped in a 02 WRX engine/Tranny/ECU, in February 2004 the car was featured in Sport Compact Car Magazine (remember that Mag?). I had that car until about 3 weeks ago!!!! Within that time I built a couple 240's and took ownership of my Dad's FX35 (great truck).

After much thought of wanting a sport luxury car the is250 felt like a zingy non-turbo 4 cyld., the is350 too expensive, and the M35 wasn't aggressive enough looks wise. I got the -

Naturally I want to super charge it, flush it up with 19's, and explode heads at events and meets but for now I'll keep it mild and will most likely just get 50% tint, black vinyl the chrome trim, and springs... maybe a lip and probably switch to bigger oem wheels (any suggestions?).

Good to see another gc8 owner that switched to infiniti. Still own my 99 rs, turbocharged it roughly 6 years ago, wanted something a little different then a jdm swap at the time. Here is a picture of the two somewhat next to eachother. Yours looks clean, and unlike yourself I dont see the harm in posting a pic of it completely stock (although it does pain me to see it sitting there in that form).

 

Dam, last guy I though would be replying is someone else that has/had a GC. I also didn't want to do a JDM swap so I went with the 02 usdm swap, I actually bought the whole car wrecked and vultured it. I debated turboing the stock 2.5 but had worries about boost levels w/ stock internals and MAF issues. Yours looks solid as hell! Great color also.

Tomorrow I'll take some pics of the G after I take the badges off.

 

Thanks for the compliments! Your definetly right, there is much more headaches when you turbocharge the stock ej25, instead of going with a swap but its something you get used to and learn from. Looking forward to seeing some more pictures of your G.
