Well hopefully in the next week ill be driving a 03 g35 coupe with the brembo packege I currently own a 2003 fully bolt on dsp tuned stock turbo srt. I been an srt guy my whole life this was my third one. Previous ones wher a 05 and a 09 caliber srt4.I'm ready to move into a rwd more luxurious car and what better then a g. I've always been a fan of them. I had a couple of questions. Any common issues with the g35 with brembo packege? How good are the trannys? Mpgs? What you guys averging with the 6speed? Any norcal guys?

 

Great to hear you have interest in the G coupe. Throw up a picture for us to see.

As for the issues, every car has its Achilles heel. The camber of the rear will eat up the inside of the tires quicker then the fronts by 2x. The bearings go out pretty quick and the suspension is sensitive to pot holes. But the extent of complaints from people will be small things like tears in the leather to cup holder issues. Overall, it is a great car.

 

I will defenetly post some pictures onece I get it. I've always been a fan of g35 I think is one of the sexiest coupes out in the market. I might not be as fast as my srt4 was but it sure will beat it in any other aspect. My plan for the g is I/h/e coilovers and some nice stagered wheels.nice abs simple and clean is my mojo
