just excited, cant wait to start driving it, after paying for the car i found out i didnt have enough cash to pay the taxes on it (5% of the purchase price at the DMV) so i guess its going to sit in my driveway till its legal. anyway its a beautiful 110,000 mile dark silver/medium grey color sedan, with black interior and manual transmission. Its replacing my 2002 nissan maxima 6MT
so far the ONLY complaints i have is that the clutch pedal is SUPER stiff to press, harder than any car ive ever driven, and ive got two supercharged 3.8L fiero's with spec stage III clutch in one, and a Ram unsprung kevlar clutch in the other.
other complaint is the lack of heated steering wheel, my lowly maxima had a heated steering wheel but this awsome G35 doesnt? that was kinda odd.
anyway i cant complain about anything else, i just cant wait to start on the custom stereo system, im just not feeling the factory bose system, so next spring expect some audio posts from me.

yeah my NISSAN had a heated steering wheel and it was an 02 model, not sure what year BMW started with the heated steering wheels.Originally Posted by Urbanengineer

nearly brand new tires.
ive also got 6 sets (yes 24 tires) of goodyear eagle RS-A in 235/55/17's not sure if those would fit the G35 or not, but ive also got a set of 235/55/17's in goodyear eagle Ultra grips.

Damn, my only regret is not waiting to find a sedan 6MT. I got a killer deal on the auto and no complaints but still.

yeah ive seen very few around here, and all coupes, i havent seen any sedans, and im sure im one of only a couple manual transmission G35's that are in the area, I wouldnt have had a G35 any other way. Im sure the auto's are nice too, but im a stick shift man and thats all i wanna do is row through gears!
i went from a 98 contour SVT, to a 2002 maxima SE 6MT, and sold it, drove a PT cruisier 5 speed for about a month, then found this G35 6MT in boston MA. the previous owner DROVE it to charleston WV for only the cost of fuel, he had family to visit here, then he paid for a plane ticket back. after taxes and delivery costs, im going to have alittle less than $6,000 in the car so i cant complain about it at all.
