New g35x awd!

Hey guys, joined a few days ago.. Just got myself an 05 black g35x awd with about 130xxx miles on it. Navigation system etc!!

Plans so far are to get some wheels, get a black on black theme on the car, luckily the windows came tinted! Black housing headlight, and plastidip the grille!

I do have some trouble looking for window visors for the car! Been reading alot in these forums!

Welcome to the club! I also have a 05X. Mine us serengeti sand metalic. It is alot of fun to drive! 12 inches of snow couldnt stop her! I have only done a few mods. Exhaust is megan racing sounds great! I also got a oem 350z tube. I was lucky the orig owner tinted the windows. The X is great on handling curves and twistys! Enjoy your X!

Yeah here in NJ we had a very snow filled winter! I know you had it worse! The X cuts thru snow like my 4x4 ranger! Plus the X is glued to the road with awd!

Yeah! We actually have a snow storm right now! And man, you are not lying, these wheels stick!! But when is it necessary to have the "snow" button on?

We got an inch last nite. I was hoping spring snow wasnt going to happen. I have never put mine in snow mode. It just locks it in
awd and lowers pedal response. I dont shut off vdc either.Enjoy the road with your X. Ido every time I get behind the wheel!

You really don't even have to consider having dedicated snow tires with this beast. I used to have an 05X (RIP 6/13) and it was wonderful.

One of the best cars I've ever owned! Never modded the Sedan...!

Yeah I run Hankook all season performance tires. Hug the road and snow no problem! I just wish I had a 6mt. But the one I found was well maintained and only had 84,650 on her. I like the 05 interior. No bose unit here but has satellite radio and mp3 hook up. I will do the md 5/16th spacer and a osiris tune by seymore4 then Im done!

Our g35X's couldn't have AWD and 6MT :/. You probably should hawk the forum for Uprev standard sales. Sometimes licenses go up for sale for stupid cheap prices.
