I'm a new member and would like to know if someone has had the same problem with their wipers. They both work fine in all stages, but when I turn them off, they go to the bottom of the windscreen (where they are supposed to be) and then come back up and remain in the middle of the screen. I removed the bolts on the wiper arms and moved them down (where they are supposed to be when the wiper switch is turned off) and tightened the bolts, but when I turn on the wipers, they will not move. You can hear the wiper motor engage, but the wipers do not move. I moved the arms to the up position (where they were when the wipers were when turned off) and the wipers work fine. It's really annoying to see the wipers in front of your face when driving. Does anyone know of a fix?? Please help. Thank you.
