Can the tire move out that far without hitting? If it gets nice an close (ideal) you will need to get the fenders moved in a tad so your tires don't get destroyed by the metal (and so you do not damage the fender!). This process is called fender rolling. You will have to call around.

If you get very large 1 inch spacers, you might consider getting your hub studs extended as your lug nuts will be holding on just the tips of the studs at large spacings.
my fender is rolled. and im thinking about getting 20mm all around to avoid rubs and stuff and i did measure it with a ruler and theres 1 inch gap between the tire and the fender, so if i get 25mm spacers then theres no gap at all

Whichever you can get for cheaper is perfect. 5mm = 1/5 inch.
