New G35 Owner to this page

I purchased my 2003 G35 Sedan in June/2015. Car had 102,500miles and now I'm at 109,500. This is my first car to own like this and I like it so far. I look forward to learning and using this page as much as possible. I've already made a purchase from here
and hope to all works out. I have no plans to mod it out a lot, I'm just looking for a sporty and reliable ride.

So far I've had to replace control arms because a bushing was loose (auto shop), replace a dead starter (self), synthetic oil changes (auto shop), and I have valve covers in the mail because it does have that pesky oil consumption/leak issue, hoping this fixes it.

I've learned I have the premium pkg, all 4 windows can be rolled down by the key fob. I also have the first aid kit in the arm rest (which looks like it's the original and wasn't ever touched since 03). So I was pretty excited thanks to this page.

Hope gas prices can stay where they are now I'm ok with 93 Octane for around 2.30-2.50, but not much higher because gas mileage isn't the best.

Thanks! Yea it might be hard not get bit by a mod since there is a pretty good size G community here and some of their cars look awesome. Right now I'm just making sure it stays true to the brand and is reliable.

Just go to a place that sells racing fuel and get 100 octane. Most cities have at least one. There's one on the way to work for me.

Why couldn't you get 93 Octane? Most gas stations in Tx have 87, 89, 93.

Never seen 100 Octane, does it make a noticeable difference? What's the price like?

California only sells 91. 100 makes a diference, but you need a special tune map to make efficient use of that octane increase.
