if you find a good brand of headers for cheap (used) and if you plan to install them yourself. Id go for it.

Long tube headers would be best

Bro I put an Injen cai on my g a long long time ago and it made my car start running lean and pinging up top. You don't know it but your damaging your engine slowly but surely. Get your sh it tuned asap

What makes a tune with the spacer so worth it? Is there really a lot of hp to be unlocked just by doing a tune? I would venture a guess that a stock whp g35 would be around 235-245 hp, correct?

How much are you looking to gain with a spacer and tune to whp compared to just the spacer? The spacer claims 9-13 hp gain, is this with or without the tune?

All gains are "up to" (whatever they claim), which basically means, with all supporting mods, a tune and less than horrible humidity. The main thing you're gonna gain from a tune is an overall better feeling machine. Throttle response, revving, engine smoothness..it just feels like a higher end car. It really is awesome. Obviously you pick up some power (and maybe a few MPG if you can keep yer foot out of it), but even if you picked up no power, it would be worth it for all the other benefits.

I honestly find it hard to believe that it can be better than it already is in terms of engine feel and throttle response. It drives really good and is a hoot to drive! I'm having a hard time picturing how the engine can be better with a simple tune in terms of feel.

Sigh, this is worse than my bike. Another mod to add to the list. My wife will NOT be happy with me, even though this is her car...
