Bouning idle with g35 -2007

Bouning idle with g35 -2007
Hi
After I cleaned maf sensors and thotle body , the rpm gage and idle up and down continuously between 1100 to 1900 forever .
After the cleaning procedure
I replaced the 2throtle bodys' and their thotle sensors with oem ones and
Tried reset procedure sevral times you know releasing "paddle 10 second wait and ......"
But after replacing thotle body
The idle started little lower but
The buning is still there .
There is no code .
Please help me out .
